Recommendation
The Mayor put forth the following nomination for membership to the Boards and Commissions for confirmation by Councilmembers.
Community Policing Advisory Board
Latrice Michelle Ware-Allen to serve in an expiring three-year term seat that expires on February 1, 2029.
Cultural Arts Commission
Francis Bevington to serve as chair of the Cultural Arts Commission for a one-year term to run simultaneously with her current term. The chair term will expire on March 1, 2027.
Education Commission
Edward Reed for reappointment to serve in a two-year term seat that expires on April 1, 2028.
Wendy Whitaker for reappointment to serve in a two-year term seat that expires on April 1, 2028.
Human Rights Commission
Emily Stephenson to serve in an expiring three-year term seat that expires on October 1, 2028.
Recreation and Parks Advisory Board
Marsha Douma to serve in an expiring three-year term seat that expires on July 1, 2027
