Recommendation
Staff recommends that the Mayor and Council adopt the Resolution and the attached final JEDI Strategic Plan.
Discussion
The Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Strategic Plan establishes a citywide framework for advancing equitable, accessible, and inclusive policies, programs, and services and provides a structured implementation roadmap with measurable priorities and accountability. The attached resolution ratifies the adopted JEDI Strategic Plan with recommended changes set forth by the Mayor and Council.

Next Steps
Staff will continue the implementation of the JEDI Strategic Plan through actions outlined in the Year One Roadmap and initial steps outlined within the final plan.
