Recommendation
Staff recommends that the Mayor & Council receive the written survey report from Polco [Attachment 1: Rockville Report of Results 2024 FINAL (Updated 01-02)] and the accompanying presentation [Slides are Attachment 2: 2024 Rockville, MD Community Survey Presentation (12-30)] from Polco staff at the January 13 meeting. The written report will also be posted on the city’s website.

Mayor and Council History
The 2024 survey is the first community survey since 2018 and the first survey since the pandemic.
Next Steps
The survey results broadly reflect high levels of resident satisfaction with Rockville’s quality of life and service delivery, as well as opportunities for thoughtful follow-up and deeper analysis if warranted.
