Recommendation
The Financial Advisory Board (“Board”) recommends that the Mayor and Council receive the FY 2026 Annual Report and the FY 2027 Action Plan.
Discussion
The Financial Advisory Board held a meeting on September 16, 2026, where they approved an Action Plan for FY 2027. The Board believes that the Action Plan (attached) is consistent with the Board’s “Duties and Responsibilities” as outlined in the City Code.
In addition to the FY 2027 Action Plan, attached is the FY 2026 Annual Report. The Annual Report outlines the Board’s accomplishments for the prior fiscal year.
Mr. Michael Patrick, Board Chair, will present these reports to the Mayor and Council.

The Mayor and Council approved the FY 2026 Action Plan on September 15, 2025.
